We are always pleased to hear that our staff are doing a good job. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and would like to hear your suggestions.
We pride ourselves in providing high quality veterinary services to our clients. Should we not meet your expectations on any aspect of our service please let us know - in the first instance, we recommend speaking directly to one of the Partners.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 days of receiving it. We will then carry out a full investigation of your complaint which may involve checking our records and speaking to relevant members of staff. A Partner will send you a written reply to your complaint within 21 working days of acknowledgement of your complaint.
